When I first moved from my home to the first SMP studio space in the Brazos Valley in 2014, it was such a big leap in what I was able to offer my clients. Fast forward to 2019 and SMP is now in a location double the size of that first sweet studio, open Monday – Friday from 9-4pm, has three photographers operating out of it, and we offer outdoor and indoor session types – something that is unique to this area!
Wondering if studio images are a good fit for you? They are NOT the studio portraits of yesteryear… we find that families who love the minimal aestethic, clean lines, and simple, stunning images that focus on the faces of those they love most are drawn to this style of session. They are also a great option in our ever changing climate – studio sessions are not dependent on temperature or time of day to ensure the BEST of the BEST when it comes to your images!
From maternity to milestone – in the same space! Andrea fell in love with studio session after her maternity session and we just completed her daughter Kate’s first birthday milestone in studio as well. She has been one of the first clients to choose studio sessions for the big three – maternity, newborn, and milestone, and seeing the story of their family all together in one place is AMAZING!
Being able to offer a space that is not dependent on weather or outdoor lighting conditions is just one way that we are unique to the Brazos Valley. We now offer maternity, newborn, milestone, and family sessions in our South College Station studio.
