FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS —

Great question!  Working with a professional photographer actually makes your life easier. 

We’ll start with an in-person consult to set up all the details for your session, select a date, and discuss clothing.  Next is the actual photo session.  About a week later, I’ll meet you at the studio again to review your images, help you make decisions about packages, and get started on ordering your beautiful items.

In 1-2 weeks, your items will be delivered to your door and ready to hang on your walls or hand out to friends and family.

At this time as I work towards downsizing and closing my business, I will only be offering sessions to repeat clients.  So if we have worked together before and you’re interested in a session, please reach out asap!  Sometimes I have last-minute availability, but I cannot guarantee an opening once I’m sold out.

Great question!  Generally speaking, I sell out of spots 4-6 weeks in advance.  So here are the best times to book to ensure availability:

  • Maternity – end of 2nd trimester
  • Newborn – end of 2nd trimester
  • Graduating Seniors – 3 months before you graduate
  • Families – anytime, but I encourage booking in Feb for the spring and Sept for the fall (peak seasons are Mar-May and Oct-Dec)

Absolutely!  All 4 of my packages include a number of digitals.  You can choose the package that best meets your needs. 

Clients pay a creative fee ($300) to book and hold a spot on my calendar.   This fee does not go towards the package they’ll purchase at the ordering session.

About a week after the session, we sit down at the studio and review the images.  At that time, clients purchase one of my 4 packages.  Every package includes a piece of wall art, prints, a keepsake, and a number of digital images. 

Packages start at $800.  My average client spends $1500 or more because she is extremely satisfied with her images and excited about everything she’s getting in the package.

This is one of my most frequently asked questions!  And it happens to be one of my strengths!  I can offer you many examples, ideas, and color palettes for any type of session.  I’ve even gone shopping with clients to help them pick what works best!  We’ll discuss styling your session at that initial consult.
