What sets our process apart from every other College Station senior photographer? We believe it’s our PROCESS… and today, I’m sharing all the senior session details with you!
Pre-Session Consult
We call this a PSC in the studio, and while it can sound kind of intimidating… it’s actually the BEST way for us to meet and begin to talk about all the details! It is also where you will pay for your creative fee ($300) – which includes my time for the session and my skill and training as a professional photographer, a professional studio staff who will send reminders and works behind the scenes to provide amazing service, and the time it takes to edit and individually retouch each image to ensure perfection.
This meeting will include Mom (or another parental figure), the senior (that’s you!), and me! Our goal is to make sure your session reflects who you are during this season of your life, but also to keep it timeless so that you can love the images for years to come. We will decide on session location(s), outfits, and any special things that you want to include in your session. We will also start thinking about a vision for how you will utilize these pictures for announcements and how parents will want to display them in your home. (We have some really cool technology to help with this!)
Senior Session
Seniors can pick up to three locations and up to four outfits. Since this is a once in a lifetime session, we also include complimentary hair and makeup by a professional studio if you’d like to use it! The session can take up to three hours, depending on how many locations we go to, so it really turns into a fun afternoon of taking photos, laughing, and just enjoying a moment to be in the spotlight! We do want mom (or again, another trusted adult) to come along to be a part of it! SPOILER ALERT: This is a really special experience for them, too… and we want you BOTH to share this (seemingly) little moment that is actually a really BIG milestone for those who love you!
Ordering Session
While it may seem like the session would be the best part – it’s only because you haven’t gotten to have your ordering session! This next step in our process is where all the fun is at! First, you get to see your gallery of images – all that fun and work put into your session – fully edited and ready for you to view.
Next, you get to pick your favorite ones to print, use for announcements, or have turned into everything from albums to wall art using some really unique and fun mediums! Can’t choose your favorites – we can design an album to showcase them all and YOU get to approve the design and customize it with text, achievements, or even a special message from those that love you for you to read at your graduation. If you aren’t sure what to choose, we have designed custom packages with our seniors in mind to provide you with a great mix of some of our favorite products. This is unique to many studios and it will allow you to purchase a little or as much as you need for your senior year!
We have plenty of samples on hand as well, so you don’t have to wonder how it will look and feel. Our products also carry a lifetime guarantee, so if any piece has a problem, we’ll be sure to make it right!
