One of the best decisions we made for the birth of our son was hiring Shannon to capture our newborn in pictures. During a precious but hectic time in our lives, working with Shannon proved to be convenient, easy and relaxing. My favorite part of the process was viewing the pictures for the first time. We were able to digitally see our pictures on our walls where we wanted to hang our canvas prints prior to ordering by simply providing a snap shot of our blank walls. This way we knew they’d be a perfect fit, and they are!
We ordered a metallic print to hang in our newborn’s room, and it is absolutely stunning. We also ordered a portrait album, which allowed us to include all of our favorite pictures as a keepsake. I’ve shared this album with my family, friends,and co-workers who were nothing short of in awe of the beautiful moments Shannon was able to capture for us. We consider ourselves beyond blessed to have, in our opinion, the most perfect images of our newborn to admire and enjoy for years to come.

Because we enter into a family’s life at such an important season, we end up feeling very connected with each one. This was especially true of Stacie and her family. I saw them around town, I spent time with them at the hospital after Easton was born, and she gave me a hug at the end of her newborn session.
