Averie. 8 days old.
As it got closer and closer to meeting my sweet Averie, I was running out of time to book a photographer for her newborn pictures. My best friend said to me, “Look up Shannon Morton Photography! Shannon is the best photographer in College Station and is so incredibly sweet! But, I would hurry because her spots fill up fast.” Luckily, I was able to get a spot and see what my friend was talking about. I felt so welcomed by Shannon, and was blown away by her work. She was able to fulfill everything that I wanted in the portraits, and more. I have not been able to stop looking at Averie’s pictures…or showing them off! 🙂

It is ALWAYS nice to meet a friend of a client. I am truly honored when one recommends me to her friends because I work extremely hard at providing the BEST customer service possible: quick turn-around time, listening to clients’ preferences, detailed retouching of images, and even on-going mentoring so that I can continue to perfect my skills. A referral to me is like a vote of confidence in these things and of course that the client LOVED her own images. Win-win!
Below is a little sampling from Averie’s newborn portrait session. She slept so soundly for her session and gave me lots of opportunity to play dress up. 😉 Beautiful baby girl!!
