My first experience with Shannon Morton was in 2012 when she was offering her newborn photography sessions out of her home. I was awestruck at the amount of time, thought, patience and creativity Shannon put into our session. The portraits turned out beautifully, like something you’d see in a magazine.
As such, when my next baby was born at the beginning of the year (2017) there was no question that Shannon would be doing her newborn photos. Her new studio was amazing, and I enjoyed getting to relax on the couch with some snacks and a book for a few hours while Shannon and her assistant worked with my baby girl. I brought a special blanket from home and asked Shannon if she could work it into a photo. The results were stunning! I was so thrilled with the photos that I purchased the entire gallery.
I would recommend Shannon to anyone with a newborn in Bryan/College Station. Newborn photography is undoubtedly her niche, and she’s the best in town!

The first picture showcases the two girls I’ve seen for baby photos in my studio in College Station. The oldest is Briella, and she is the sweetest, smiliest (is that a word??) little girl I’ve ever met. She loves baby sister Adria and loved snuggling her.
Her momma asked for pink, purple, and white for the colors for Adria’s session. Plus she brought in a Tula blanket and allowed me to exercise some creativity!! My three favorite words, “We trust you.” Sweet!! 😉 Take a little peek into baby Adria’s newborn session below.
